Terms of use

Last updated October 8, 2026

The short version

  • Night School is general education about baby sleep. It isn’t medical advice, and it doesn’t replace your pediatrician or GP.
  • Every child is different. We explain the approaches; you choose what, if anything, to change. We can’t promise a particular result.
  • The course is for your own family. Please don’t share or resell the lessons.
  • If something about your baby’s health worries you, stop and talk to a healthcare professional.

This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Tai Kaish, a sole proprietor in Israel ("Night School", "we", "us"). By signing up for or using our website, course or emails (the "Service"), you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. What Night School is

Night School provides general educational content about baby sleep and existing settling approaches, in audio, video and written form. We describe what each approach involves and what research can and can’t tell us, so you can make your own decision.

We are not a healthcare provider, and using the Service does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing in the Service is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow safe sleep guidance from the AAP (US) or NHS (UK), and talk to your pediatrician, GP or health visitor before making changes if your baby was born early, has a health condition, or if feeding, growth or breathing concern you.

If you think your baby needs urgent help, call 911 (US) or 999 (UK), or contact NHS 111. Don’t rely on the Service in an emergency.

4. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and a parent, caregiver or professional supporting a family. Please give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your access link private.

5. The course

We may update, reorder or improve lessons over time. Some parts of a lesson may be tailored to the answers you give; you can change those answers at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted.

7. Our content and how you can use it

The lessons, recordings, illustrations, text and brand belong to Night School or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own family. Please don’t copy, download (except where we provide a download), redistribute, resell or publicly share them, or use them to train AI models.

8. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • Misuse the Service, or try to access it in ways we haven’t provided
  • Interfere with its security or performance
  • Share your access with people outside your household
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful

9. Emails

When you sign up, we send course emails such as your access link. Sleep tips and news are sent only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email.

10. No guaranteed results

Babies and families differ, and no approach works the same way for everyone. We don’t promise any particular outcome, timeline or amount of sleep. The decisions you make for your family are yours.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

12. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100 (£100 in the UK). We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

13. Ending your access

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your information at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. If you live in the UK or EU, you can also bring claims in the courts where you live. Please contact us first; most things can be resolved quickly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we will update the date at the top and tell you in advance by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, the new terms apply.
